Model Rules Review - Update
Many thanks to all who fed into the SFHA review of the Model Rules. We are now in the final stages of the process.
SFHA will forward a revised final draft of the rules to the Scottish Housing Regulator for comment in December. Once we have received approval, we will then forward this to OSCR and finally the FCA. We hope that these discussions will be fairly quick, and that we will be able to publish a final version of the Rules in early January, but this is dependent on any further amendments that the various regulatory bodies might request. We will keep members informed as this progresses.
