SFHA agrees with Trussell Trust: five weeks is too long
SFHA has joined the Trussell Trust’s #FiveWeeksTooLong campaign.
The Trussell Trust’s #FiveWeeksTooLong campaign, as the name implies, calls for the reduction in time before a first payment is made to a Universal Credit payment, which is a primary cause for indebtedness and arrears for tenants claiming UC. The reduction of the five week wait is also one of SFHA’s #SixAsks.
