SFHA Draft Consultation Response to Regulatory Framework Review
The SFHA has circulated a draft response to the Scottish Housing Regulator's consultation on the Regulatory Framework review to all members. This response reflects the majority view based on feedback we have received to date, and SFHA is seeking comment on anything within the document that members fundamentally disagree with, or if there is anything significant that has not been included that could usefully be added.
If you could please get back to astokes@sfha.co.uk by close Tuesday 11 December with any comments. The deadline to submit the final response to SHR is Friday 14 December, so it may be possible to receive comments slightly later if the 11th is posing any issues, as SFHA appreciates it is quite a long document.
