SFHA joins #FiveWeeksTooLong
SFHA has joined the Trussell Trust’s #FiveWeeksTooLong campaign.
SFHA is supporting the Trussell Trust’s #FiveWeeksTooLong campaign which, as the name implies, calls for the reduction in time before a first payment is made to someone claiming Universal Credit. This five week period without income is a primary cause for indebtedness and arrears for tenants claiming UC. The reduction of the five week wait is also one of SFHA’s #SixAsks.
