SFHA Responds to CIPFA Treasury Management Code Review

The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) is currently reviewing Treasury Management in the Public Services: Code of Practice and Cross Sectoral Guidance Notes.   

It is conducting an initial stage of research prior to a later formal consultation, and SFHA has submitted a brief response to this highlighting concerns expressed by members of its East and West Finance Forum.   Thanks to all forum members who providied comments.
