SFHA Responds to SG Consultation: 1st Tier Tribunal
Thanks to input from members, SFHA has responded to the Scottish Government consultation on procedures for the first tier tribunal.
The First-Tier Tribunal Housing and Property Chamber now undertakes the work done by the now defunct Private Sector Housing Panel and Home Owner Housing Panel.
