SFHA Writes to Minister for Parliamentary Business
SFHA has continued to press Scottish Government for a meeting to discuss its consultation response and accompanying annex to the draft order proposing extension of FOI to RSLs and subsidiaries. SFHA Head of Public Affairs Sarah Boyack has written to Minister for Parliamentary Business Joe FitzPatrick MSP.
Parliamentary recess began on Thursday 28 June. Although it has not been confirmed as yet by Scottish Government, an implementation date of April 2019 would no longer appear possible with the content of the order still not finalised.
