Supported Rent Flexibility
Damon Gibbons of the Centre for Responsible Credit gave a briefing to members on a pilot run with a London based housing association to offer tenants on low incomes the opportunity to over and underpay their rent on a planned basis.
Rent-flex is a project that has been developed by the Centre for Responsible Credit and Optivo Housing Association, which operates in London and the South East.
