An update to the Supporting Guidance to the SFHA Model Rules 2020 is now available to all SFHA members. The update includes an optional amendment to allow for virtual attendance at general meetings beyond 30 September 2020 – when the provisions of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act expire.
