Designing a great service through storyboarding: Collecting Input
When you have an idea (a storyboard, concept, prototype), to have the best chance of it progressing, speak to others as soon as possible to gather views/ perspectives.
The templates below, adapted from IDEO, may help to frame questions and record key points. When possible, speak to people in their space. Be prepared with a set of questions you’d like to ask. Start by asking broad questions about the person before asking more specific questions that relate directly to the goal.
