CAIR in discussions with Hillcrest Group
CAIR Scotland has entered into formal discussions with a view to becoming part of the Hillcrest Group of Companies.
The Hillcrest Group of Companies and CAIR Scotland have worked closely together over the last few years in areas including HR, payroll and health and safety.
CAIR Scotland also utilised this working relationship to launch its first childcare provision at a Hillcrest commercial property in Edinburgh.
Both organisations said they have recognised that they have a shared vision for the delivery of good quality services to vulnerable people and children. The culture and ethos of the voluntary board members and employees is compatible and benefit will be gained by working more closely together to enhance and further improve on the services already provided.
As a result, CAIR Scotland has now entered into formal discussions, with a view to becoming part of the Hillcrest Group of Companies as a subsidiary of the parent Hillcrest Housing Association.
