Award recognises exceptional leading, supporting and managing of staff teams
Cernach Housing Association recently celebrated its staff team being awarded Investors in People Platinum accreditation. Investors in People recognises exceptional leading, supporting and managing of staff teams across the UK and beyond, with Platinum as the highest level of accreditation available and recognising truly outperforming organisations.
Director of Cernach Caroline Shepherd:
“I am delighted that our team have reached the highest level of accreditation in Investors in People – it is testament to years of hard work and good practice within Cernach and the frameworks that we have put in place for the future.
“Our staff are empowered to make decisions and deliver excellence, and this was evident to the assessor.”
Cernach said it achieved this accreditation through positive working practices across the teams, including productive working groups of staff to ensure a consultative approach to business change, including their own terms and conditions, and commitment to developing staff across differing areas of the business.
