Closing on Friday: 24housing’s Top 50 Social Landlords
The magazine is looking for the brightest and best in the industry, whether they are delivering significant change within their own organisation or for the wider community or sector.
The 24housing Top 50 Landlords 2019 campaign is open for nominations until Friday 17 May. The magazine is looking for the brightest and best in the industry, whether they are delivering significant change within their own organisation or for the wider community or sector.
To nominate, please submit your entry to Mark Lawrence, Editor of 24housing, firstname.lastname@example.org detailing, in no more than 200 words, the reasons for your nomination.
If you are nominating your own organisation, you must also suggest two other landlords for your vote to be counted.
However, you will not need to write 200 words on the other organisations you nominate – but some comments on why you have chosen them would be welcome.
24housing would like to see nominations based on a range of criteria, including a commitment to value for money, community initiative, development, tenant engagement and other exemplary characteristics.
24housing would also like you to make clear that when outlining a successful initiative, you give evidence to back it up e.g. “We run a successful employment programme, and it got X number of people into work.” etc.
If you can provide photos with your nominations, that would also be welcomed.
The nominations will create a top 50, with the order being decided by an expert judging panel.
The full Top 50 list will be revealed in the July/August edition of 24housing, and the deadline for nominations is Friday 17 May.
