Drumchapel Housing Co-operative recognised for customer service excellence
Organisation wins national housing award.
Drumchapel Housing Co-operative was delighted to win the Customer Service Excellence prize at this year’s Scottish Home awards.
Two staff members, accompanied by two Board members, attended the award ceremony in June and were delighted to accept the award on behalf of the co-operative.
Pauline Burke, Drumchapel Housing Co-operative’s Depute Director, said:
“This is a fantastic recognition of the high levels of customer service provided by the co-operative and its staff. Giving our tenants the best service possible has always been at the heart of the Co-operative’s work, and this award provides some external validation that we are achieving that.
“The award reflects the massive achievements of frontline staff, who work tirelessly to not only provide a great service but often go above and beyond to help in any way they can.
“The award comes at a busy time for the co-operative, with staff working to continue to deliver exceptional customer care to our tenants.”
