Eildon double finalist in the Scottish Home Awards 2020
Finalists will be announced on 29 October.
Eildon is delighted to be virtually shortlisted at the prestigious 2020 Scottish Home Awards which this year, parting from tradition, will be held remotely.
The two categories it is nominated for are:
- Housing Association of the Year
- Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Small, Social Rent) - Station Court, Peebles
Staff at Eildon were delighted to hear the news as they are up against some tough competition for the Housing Association of the Year Award against the best housing association's in Scotland.
There are five finalists in the Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Small, Social Rent) category and an Eildon spokesperson expressed their best wishes to everyone and the best of luck on the day.
Eildon won’t know the outcome until Thursday 29 October when all finalists will be announced. Until then, work continues delivering its strategy, focussing on inclusive growth, and pushing forward with their ambitious new development programme, which will bring more affordable housing to the people of the Scottish Borders, as well as improving its existing homes and services.
