Fife Housing Group named in 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For list

Fife Housing Group is delighted to have been recognised, for the second year in a row, by the Sunday Times and Best Companies as one of the top not-for-profit employers in the UK.

Coming in at 43 on ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For 2019’ list, the organisation has been awarded a one-star accreditation, with it says shows how seriously it takes workplace engagement and sends a powerful message that colleagues continue to feel both valued and motivated.

Fife Housing Group Chief Executive Nicki Donaldson said: “This is only the second time we have entered these awards, and to have improved our position by 26 places, inside of a year, is just fantastic, and testament to the commitment of our colleagues who believe in our shared purpose and play such an important part in fulfilling it.

“Having an engaged workforce who are proud to work for our organisation, connected to our aims and take pride in the work they do, also improves productivity and, ultimately, benefits both our tenants and other customers.
