Kingdom announces appointment of new Development Director

Kingdom Housing Association, which aims to develop and build around 2,900 homes over the next five years, has appointed Scott Kirkpatrick as Director of Development.

Scott was previously Head of Development Services at the Glenrothes-based association which builds and manages housing and provides care support services in East central Scotland.

Social landlord helps tenants cut bills and keep homes warm.

Tenants of Scotland’s largest social landlord have been helped to save more than £360,000 on their fuel bills in the past year.

GHA’s fuel advisers provide free expert advice to tenants on cutting their energy bills and keeping their homes warm.

Advisers can help tenants access the cheapest tariffs, arrange low-cost payment arrangements and, depending on their circumstances, help them write-off long-term debt.

The Qualifications Company has been supporting HHP’s managers over the past two years as they worked towards the qualification.

Caledonia Celebrate Five Years of Volunteers

 Housing association pays tribute to its volunteers and volunteer partners.

On the final day of Volunteer Week 2017 Caledonia Housing Association hosted an afternoon celebrating five successful years of volunteering by paying tribute to their volunteers and volunteer partners.

Gill Donoghue, Head of Support Services at Caledonia Housing Association, presented certificates and awards to Caledonia’s Volunteers who put in nearly 4000 hours of volunteering each year.
