Eildon’s Modernisation Programme comes to a ‘Mitie’ end
Construction company successfully delivers modernisation contract
Construction company Mitie, which has been modernising Eildon’s bathrooms, kitchens and heating systems since April 2015, came to the end of its contract last week.
During this time, it has been making improvements to nearly 500 homes across the Borders on a contract valued at £2.75 million.
New homes for rent in Dunblane
Forth Housing Association marks development completion.
The eight homes, which are all available for social renting, were built without any public subsidy, thanks to a former resident of the town. Thomas Brittain died in Dunblane in 1963 and left his estate to be used for the benefit of the elderly and infirm of the town.
