Gary Dalziel appointed CEO of Elderpark Housing Association

Elderpark Housing Association has appointed Gary Dalziel as Chief Executive. Gary is currently Director of Finance and Corporate Services at Linstone Housing Association.

Elderpark Housing Association Chair Elspeth Millen said:

“On behalf of Elderpark Housing Association, I am delighted to announce this appointment.  Gary has excellent qualifications for the post, and we are confident that he will bring additional skills to the team. We are looking forward to continuing our high standard of service to our customers.” 

Gary said:

“I am delighted to have been appointed as the new Chief Executive at Elderpark Housing Association, and I am looking forward to working with the committee and staff to build on the successes Elderpark has already achieved over its long 40-year history. 

“From talking to some of the committee, it is clear they have an ambitious vision and are committed to providing the best possible services and opportunities for their residents in Govan.  

“Having worked for Linstone Housing Association for many years, there will be some mixed emotions about leaving, as it’s a fantastic organisation with outstanding people, and I wish them every success in the future.”

Gary has worked at Linstone Housing Association for the last 20 years across all areas of service. He has also been a CIH Scotland Board Member since 2012. It is anticipated that Gary will start with Elderpark Housing Association in early February 2017.
