We are looking for an experienced, senior finance professional with great people skills to join our Executive Management Team, as we develop our strengths and build a reputation for excellence. The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with financial, strategic and commercial skills that will help us achieve our vision and strategic objectives. An individual with a social heart and business head who will ensure strong financial management across all areas of our business.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and Management Committee, the post holder will develop effective relationships at all levels in order to drive success in a number of key strategic areas whilst identifying ways to bring added value.
Our Director of Finance and Corporate Services will have an entrepreneurial and ambitious attitude: they will be highly organised and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and influencing skills. We seek an individual who is able to communicate effectively, ambitious for our business with a high level of integrity and professionalism. With experience of operating and delivering results at a senior level, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven financial expert to make an impact on a business in the middle of an exciting phase.
