National Housing Federation’s Annual Conference and Housing Exhibition
Event provides housing sector with a timely and unique opportunity to explore the events of the year.
A lot has happened in 2017 and, as always, the National Housing Federation’s Annual Conference and Housing Exhibition provides the housing sector with a timely and unique opportunity to explore the events of the year.
This year, Brexit is starting to become a reality, the political turmoil following an inconclusive General Election is ongoing, and the Grenfell Tower tragedy and its aftermath are still fresh in our minds. Many of these questions may remain unanswered by September. However, amidst the ambiguity, this conference consistently remains the forum to formulate meaningful responses and have the most up to date and relevant conversations.
The conference’s themed breakout streams will cover topics such as how we deliver our ambitious housing development and supply targets, and how to work in partnership with a wider range of stakeholders to achieve this and other goals. A key theme across both days, is how we use innovation to drive transformation within our sector and we will be hearing exciting examples of disruption and innovation from within housing and from outside the sector. Speakers this year include DCLG, Sovereign, L&Q, British Airways and Public Health England.
As always, the event is your chance to form real connections with the people that matter most to your businesses. Perhaps more importantly, it is an opportunity for us to work collaboratively to ensure that now, and in the future, everyone has the opportunity to live in a quality home they can afford.
Annual Conference is where momentous occasions in the housing movement have always happened and 2017 will be no different.
We look forward to welcoming you in Birmingham next month.
