New Forth Housing Association homes in Raploch
Work resumes at the Drip Road and Raploch Road sites following government advice.
The construction of Forth’s latest homes in Raploch is accelerating across its sites at Drip Road and Raploch Road, following the phased restart to work on construction sites in June. While capacity remains limited due to Covid-19 safeguards, work on drainage, roads and timber-kit erection is now under way. Forth is building 53 new properties for rent.
Recently, Forth’s Chairperson, Gordon Mason, visited the Drip Road site.
He said: “I am pleased to view the progress that is being made, despite the necessary restrictions.
"It is great that Forth is continuing to provide much-needed quality homes for affordable rent in these difficult financial times.”
