New website launch for Langstane Housing Association

Langstane Housing Association has launched its new website. Working with specialist housing association website designer, Kiswebs Ltd, this new site allows the Association to better engage with tenants and other customers, through digital means.
With streamlined menus, simplified navigation and enhanced images, visitors to the website are able to better interact with the association using a range of devices.
Tenants, Langstane’s target audience, are now able to easily access options to pay their rent, report repairs, or contact their housing officer online. Moving forward the association’s Customer Service team will play a role, keeping tenants up to date with the latest happenings at Langstane. Other visitors to the site can apply for a home and access a vast range of information.
Chairperson, James Knowles said: “We hope our tenants find the new website fresh, modern and informative as we have worked hard to make sure it is designed in a way that our online visitors can easily access the services and information, they need day and night.
“The digital world is evolving, and our new website is one part of Langstane’s modernisation journey to deliver on our commitment to be the best we can be.”
