Partick publishes Annual Performance Report
Partick Housing Association’s (PHA) Annual Performance Report 2015–2016 outlines its commitment to continuous improvement and providing value for money to its customers. This is the third year that PHA has assessed its performance against the Scottish Social Housing Charter. The report also shows how the association compares with others nationally.
A breakdown of PHA’s latest Customer Satisfaction Survey shows high levels of satisfaction, including 97% satisfaction with Partick as a place to live and 97% satisfaction with opportunities for customers to participate.
The report also highlights how PHA has been investing in improving the thermal efficiency of its properties and supporting environmental initiatives. The association has also continued its new build programme, with the most recent development at Broomhill Gate which is providing much needed houses for larger family homes.
Leslie Milne, PHA Chair, said:
“We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers, partner organisations, contractors and others for their assistance and support over the past year. My thanks must also go to my fellow board members for their endless commitment and dedication and to our staff for their professionalism in helping to achieve our aims in another successful year.”
