Drumchapel based Pineview Housing Association is delighted to have achieved the success of Investors in People Silver accreditation.

Achieving Investors in People accreditation illustrates Pineview Housing Association’s dedication to its employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.

Josie McGinty, Pineview Chairperson, said:

“The association is delighted to have been accredited with IIP Silver. We are very proud of our achievements and recognise the efforts of our staff team to achieve these.”

Pineview Housing Association was established in 1991. The association manages a total of 556 modernised and new build properties for tenants and sharing owners within the Broadholm, Pinewood, Stonedyke and Waverley areas of Drumchapel. In addition, the association provides factoring services to 29 owner occupiers.

Core to the work of the association is tenant satisfaction with the services provided, and the association is committed to continually aiming to improve on service delivery. During 2016, an independent Tenant Satisfaction Survey revealed 93% of respondents were satisfied with the services of the association (Scottish average is 90%). The association continues to work to deliver excellent services to tenants and other customers.
