Regulator publishes new information on Coronavirus impact to social landlords
A dashboard will present data on landlords’ staff absence levels, the number of staff placed on furlough, rent arrears and housing lets.
The Scottish Housing Regulator today published a new monthly dashboard report to help understand the impact of the Coronavirus on social landlords and to support the work of the Social Housing Resilience Group.
All social landlords provide the Regulator with a monthly return of a small set of key measures that focus on the main areas of impact on landlords’ operations.
The published dashboard is now available on the Regulator’s website. The dashboard presents data on landlords’ staff absence levels, the number of staff placed on furlough, rent arrears and housing lets. The dashboard also includes data on local authorities homelessness applications and offers.
Landlords are due to submit the next monthly return for May on 8 June 2020.
The Regulator has committed to continue to work closely with the Social Housing Resilience Group to monitor the impact of the pandemic on landlords.
The dashboard is available on the Regulator’s website.
