Resident Satisfaction Survey 2016 – Pineview/Kendoon Housing Associations
Pineview and Kendoon Housing Associations are RSLs based in Drumchapel, Glasgow with a total of 905 properties (Pineview has 585 and Kendoon 320 properties).
We wish to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to carry out our resident satisfaction surveys with a timescale to complete by the end of September 2016.
Previous experience of conducting a Satisfaction Survey for a social housing provider using a range of methods would be essential, as is the ability to capture and analyse data using appropriate systems.
