The Scottish Involvement Network is a peer support network for staff working across different areas in the third or statutory sectors who have an involvement remit within their work, especially to involve people who use support and services and their carers.

The meetings of the Scottish Involvement Network are an opportunity for sharing experiences, best practice, learning, and upcoming events and opportunities. There are also thematic workshops where attendees hear from people on a particular theme.

Upcoming meetings are as follows:
• Tuesday 2 April – Edinburgh
• Thursday 30 May – Edinburgh
• Tuesday 23 July – Edinburgh

Katrina Hamilton from Trust Housing Association has been a member since the network was set up. She said: “The SIN meetings are really informative and give me a great insight into engagement across Scotland. They’re an excellent opportunity to share experiences with involvement colleagues from a variety of sectors and to benefit from what other people have learned from running many different events and activities.”
