Scottish Public Health Observatory (ScotPHO) Survey on Children and Young People
The Scottish Public Health Observatory (ScotPHO) is conducting a review of the Children and Young People’s Profile produced in 2010. This is intended to provide a balanced set of indicators relating to the health, wellbeing and broader social determinants of health for children and young people. The profile will be of interest to all those who are working to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people.
ScotPHO are keen to hear from potential users of the Children and Young People’s Profile. The main purpose of the survey is to get an understanding of which indicators potential users would most like to see in the final profile; responses will help to inform the final indicator set and are therefore very important to us. Responses will be treated in confidence.
The survey can be completed online here.
Alternatively you can contact lucie.giles@nhs.net for a copy of the questionnaire.
The deadline for completion is Wednesday 24th August 2016.
