New customer portal now live.
Scottish Water has announced that its new Customer Portal has gone live, and it will be contacting specific customers directly as part of its on boarding preparations.
Scottish Water has built the Customer Portal to be as intuitive as possible with ‘tool-tips’ and supporting guidance to help you from enquiry to completion. It’s hoping that you’ll find its Customer Portal simple to use, however, if you do need assistance, Scottish Water has a dedicated team of people ready to help. Please contact its Development Operations Team by phone on 0800 389 0379 and select option four or via e-mail DevelopmentOperations@scottishwater.co.uk Support will be available from 08:00 until 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Scottish Water would like to thank everyone for their support during its recent ‘Data Freeze’ period. It is working hard to ensure the highest possible data quality will be available in its new system, but, during the early days of go-live, you may notice some cases and information remains incomplete. Please be assured that Scottish Water will continue to work with all customers to remedy. It is also currently working on the remote delivery of Consultant Forum materials and information that would have been transmitted to you at face to face events in March. Scottish Water will be in touch soon to give you more details about it.
