Customer Portal developed in response to feedback.
Scottish Water’s new Customer Portal has been developed in response to your feedback and to enable it to deliver great customer service to you.
It’s built to be as intuitive to use as possible, with ‘tool-tips’ and supporting guidance to help you from enquiry to completion.
Scottish Water would like to thank you for your support during the recent ‘Data Freeze’ period. Whilst it continues to migrate data to its new Customer Portal, you may notice some cases and information remains incomplete. For example, at this stage, only active pre-development applications (PDEs) with associated water and waste applications have been migrated. Scottish Water will be reviewing all remaining PDE applications and uploading those that are still within their validity period (less than one year old). Also, please note, documents related to migrated applications may not initially be available for you to view, however, Scottish Water will continue to work on uploading these over the coming weeks.
