The SFHA Property Repairs and Asset Management Conference will focus on the most up-to-date issues for maintenance staff and endeavours to inform and challenge delegates.
With so much happening in the social housing sector, be it EESSH, retro-fit, asset management strategies, value for money or the future delivery of repairs services, this not-to-be-missed conference will focus on the practical aspects that help you to do your job and also provide the opportunity to get together with like-minded people.
The conference is also host to one of the largest housing exhibitions in the UK which offers delegates an excellent one-stop opportunity to explore the latest innovations, products and services from leading suppliers to the housing sector. New for 2016 will be exhibition learning zones which see the return of the interactive demonstrations as well as new watch-and-learn sessions and innovations in maintenance.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to visit an innovative local development on Monday 3 October and hear what the association learned from a demonstration project.
