TPAS and TIS to host consultation events to review the Scottish Social Housing Charter

The Scottish Social Housing Charter was introduced in 2012 and sets the outcomes and standards that social landlords in Scotland should be achieving for their tenants and other customers.

TPAS is hosting a series of consultation events with TIS on behalf of the Scottish Government to consider whether the Scottish Social Housing Charter needs to be amended as well as to gather evidence on the impact it is having on improving services and standards.

The Scottish Social Housing Charter was introduced in 2012 and sets the outcomes and standards that social landlords in Scotland should be achieving for their tenants and other customers. The charter was last reviewed in 2017 and is now due for a subsequent review.

In addition to these events, consultation sessions are being carried out separately with remote, rural and island tenants and landlords, younger people, people with support needs, gypsy travellers and homeless people. Each event will last for two hours.
