Trust Housing Association expands in Torrance
Trust Housing Association is building two new development in East Dunbartonshire, which will collectively provide 35 two-bedroom flats.
The Torrance development, situated on Main Street, will provide 19 flats for social rent, while another located in St Mungo Street, Bishopbriggs, will offer 16 flats for mid-market rent and
Trust’s Chief Executive, Rhona McLeod and Director of Asset Management, David McIndoe, visited the sites recently to see how the projects are progressing.
McLeod said: “We’re working in collaboration with East Dunbartonshire Council, The Scottish Government, Carmichael Homes & Interiors Ltd and RK Properties (Scotland) Ltd to create affordable living in Bishopbriggs and Torrance. Both projects are going exceptionally well, and we’re delighted that tenants will be able to move into their new homes in the not so distant future.”
The Torrance site will be ready for tenants in Summer 2019 and the Bishopbriggs site by Autumn 2019.
