Powered by The Excellence in Diversity Awards, The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers is a dynamic and exclusive resource that has identified the most inclusive companies across the nation.

Demonstrating the promotion of all strands of diversity, including age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, faith & religion, the definitive list focuses on representation at management, senior, executive and board level.

Complied by a dedicated panel of judges, including Miranda Wayland (ITV), Heather Melville (RBS) and Andy Woodfield (PwC), the list has been collated based on each organisation’s performance on a range of areas within the diversity arena. Organisations featured have provided sufficient evidence on an amalgamation of topics, including recruitment procedures, training and a host of diversity related initiatives.

The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List recognises the outstanding efforts of organisations that have begun their journey to attracting and retaining a truly diverse workforce, achieving equality, diversity and inclusion at its purest form.

Rohini Sharma Joshi, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Trust, said:

“We are delighted to be selected in the top 50 inclusive organisation in UK. We are fully committed to equality and inclusion in all we do and will continue our journey in developing and delivering new approaches and actions for continuous progress.”

Paul Sesay, CEO of The Inclusive Top 50, said:

“It is crucial to highlight best practices in workforce diversity. There is a need to promote these practices and the organisations carrying out pioneering work in this arena to set an example to other employers across the UK.

“An excellent response from 100 companies nationwide has ensured a wide spectrum of inclusive employers are featured, and I am delighted to announce The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List has identified true leaders in this field.”

Trust position’s on the list reflects the high standard to which they operate. As well as addressing areas of improvement, Trust has developed and delivered high impact initiatives to actively implement solutions.

Almost 100 outstanding submissions were received this year, including entries from British Airways, Ministry of Justice, The Open University, SKY, Age UK and ASDA. Taking the number one spot on the list is Touchstone, a charity providing mental health and wellbeing services to over 2,000 people per year.
