West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) is pleased to announce that Alistair Reid, previously Development Manager at the Tenants Information Service (TIS), has been appointed as Tenant Engagement Officer.

Alistair will undertake the key role of further developing the association’s approach to tenant engagement and scrutiny, working with tenants across all of its communities.

Lynne Donnelly, Chief Executive at WSHA, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Alistair to WSHA as our Tenant Engagement Officer. With 10 years of experience in the housing industry, specifically focussing on tenant engagement and, in recent years, tenant scrutiny, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.

“We look forward to working with him to enhance tenant participation and engagement for the benefit of all tenants.”

Alistair said:

“I’m really looking forward to working with WSHA and its tenants to strengthen our approach to tenant engagement. My main priority will be to increase the opportunities that are available to tenants to give us their views, and to work with our tenants to develop a robust approach to scrutiny across the organisation.”
