Williamsburgh Housing appoints Jonathan Grant as CEO

Mr Grant has previously worked for the Scottish Housing Regulator and the Scottish Government.

Williamsburgh Housing Association has appointed Jonathan Grant as its new Chief Executive Officer. He will take up the post on 7 March 2022.

He joins from River Clyde Homes Group in Greenock where he has served as Head of Customer Services and Assets. Mr Grant has previously worked for the Scottish Housing Regulator and the Scottish Government.

Susan James, chair of the association, said: “I am delighted to make this announcement. After a rigorous recruitment exercise, Jonathan was the outstanding candidate, bringing a breadth of experience, vision and enthusiasm to the post as Chief Executive Officer. We are confident Jonathan will bring additional and new skills to our team and look forward to developing the strategic direction of the Association with him.”

Commenting on looking forward to starting his new role, Jonathan Grant said: “I am delighted to be joining Williamsburgh and thank the Board for the opportunity. Williamsburgh is known for its commitment to high quality services and its support for the community which it serves. I look forward to working with the Board, staff and our customers to build on these strong foundations and take Williamsburgh forward to new opportunities.”
