A warm welcome to our new SFHA members
“Facing challenges in solidarity will add strength to all of us”
Stephen Black, Chief Executive of Atrium
By Sally Thomas, Chief Executive, SFHA
In the short time I’ve been with SFHA, I’ve been out and about meeting housing associations and co-operatives across the country – both members and non-members. I’ve met people passionate about providing the safe, secure and warm homes that so many people need and seen some hugely impressive and innovative housing and wider work on the ground.
We are the national voice for housing and use the power of our collective strength to influence and advocate in the best interests of our members and the people they house. So welcoming more members into the fold strengthens that voice.
In this video, Stephen Black, Chief Executive of Atrium, explains why the organisation felt that, due to the challenges the sector is currently facing, it was important to re-join the SFHA. He said that facing these challenges in solidarity with other organisations across the country should “add strength to all of us, and it will allow us to move forward collectively and, hopefully, find collective solutions”.
We would like to welcome the following new members back to the SFHA.
