Acas, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, helps organisations to improve performance and working life. It provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law.
Whether you need to know about holiday entitlement, minimum wage rates or how to manage absence, Acas can help. It supports good relationships between employers and employees which underpins business success, but if things go wrong, it can also help you to try to resolve any workplace problems. Regardless of the size of your organisation, Acas can help you.
What Acas does:
Acas provides free and accessible best practice advice and guidance to help businesses follow employment law and get workplace relations right to enable growth.
