Asset Transfer Guidance Published

The Scottish Government has published new guidance on the transfer of assets from public bodies to community groups. The guidance is intended to encourage transfer of under utilised buildings and assets to community groups who have plans to use the assets to benefit the local community.  Publication of the final draft guidance follows the passing of the Community Empowerment Act 2015.
