Benefits of Membership: Innovation and Future Thinking Programme
SFHA has launched a new information campaign which highlights the benefits of your membership.
We will be focusing on different aspects in order to help you, your staff and committee or board to access our full range of member benefits.
What is the Innovation and Future Thinking programme?
SFHA’s Innovation and Future Thinking programme provides a space for members, and other stakeholders, to explore new ways of working, think creatively, and collaborate.
The programme has key areas of focus, each with products, services, and outputs, that are available to members. We refer to these areas as 'streams' and 'thematic campaigns'.
Our three key streams, including the offerings and products for members, are as follows:

The IFT programme allows members to explore possibilities for improvement and innovation in the housing sector, within the regulations of policy and governance and works with partners to trial and test new systems and processes which may benefit the sector.
Innovation Hub
SFHA’s online Innovation Hub is a members-only section of the federation’s website, and it is packed full of resources, such as blogs, videos, articles, guidance documents, good practice examples, and training resources, to support members.
We also host Microsoft Teams channels that allow networking, peer support and learning and have a dedicated mailing list. If you’d like to learn more about anything mentioned in this email, please contact the team at innovation@sfha.co.uk
