Board member views sought on rent setting process
SFHA is looking to establish some good practice on how boards interrogate rent decisions and sign off on them with confidence.
The affordability of rents is of great importance to SFHA members, their tenants and wider stakeholders such as the Scottish Housing Regulator and the Scottish Government.
