The next Building Safety and Maintenance Forum will be taking place online on Thursday 25 April. For this session we will be taking a deep dive into fire safety regulations with input from a number of expert speakers.

We will be joined by representatives from SFHA associate BTO Solicitors who will provide an overview of recent fire regulation changes, the state of play in England, and areas of policy divergence across the UK. BTO Solicitors will also give their insight into approaches to fire safety from an HSE perspective.

From Scottish Government we will be joined by representatives from the Building Standards Division and Fire Safety policy team, who will provide specific detail around the requirements for Scottish housing associations.

We will also receive SFHA policy updates on cladding, RAAC and other relevant issues.

To register for the Forum, please sign up at: Building Safety and Maintenance - April - The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations Limited (sfha.co.uk)

If you have any questions or topics that you would like covered, please get in contact to let us know.
