Building Scotland Fund - Additional housing sub-criteria released
Additional sub-criteria for housing projects have been finalised by the Scottish Government.
Following a call for Expressions of Interest in the Building Scotland Fund, additional sub-criteria for housing projects have now been finalised.
The Building Scotland Fund is a £150 million Fund designed to support new housing, modern industrial and commercial property, and business-led research and development projects.
Housing projects are subject to additional sub-criteria in order to allow the Scottish Government to prioritise proposals.
The additional criteria supplement, rather than replace, the Building Scotland Fund’s headline criteria as set out on the Scottish Government’s website, and should be read in conjunction with those.
Applications to the Fund can be made by completing the Expression of Interest form on the Scottish Government website. Further information on the Fund can be found here.
