Cancellation of Hustings as Mark of Respect

Following the tragic events of last night in Manchester and the decision to cancel all election campaigning today, we also plan to postpone our hustings event as a mark of respect.

Everyone at SFHA was grateful for the willingness of candidates and party representatives to come along at this busy time. We are also grateful to those who signed up to attend the event to encourage debate on some of the big issues facing our communities.

We will take a decision later this week as to whether or not we are able to host an alternative discussion ahead of the election.

All of our thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones at this time.
