CEO Freedom of Information briefings: available to book now
Scottish Information Commissioner invites all CEOs to attend one of two half-day events taking place in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
In light of the forthcoming extension of Freedom of Information legislation to Scottish RSLs, the Scottish Information Commissioner, Daren Fitzhenry, is keen to meet with all RSL CEOs in order to discuss the legislation, hear any concerns they may have directly and to help shape the upcoming training events that SIC will be providing in May and September.
To this end, Mr Fitzhenry is inviting all CEOs to attend one of two half-day events taking place in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The Glasgow briefing takes place on Monday 29 April at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central and is for SFHA and GWSF members only, and the Edinburgh briefing takes place on Wednesday 1 May at the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel and is for SFHA members only.
Both briefings are aimed at chief executives, directors, or other senior staff members and are a great opportunity to highlight any further sector specific guidance that is required.
