Neil Couling outlines process for explicit consent
Universal Credit Director General Neil Couling has written to providers of welfare services outlining the information sharing consent process in Universal Full Credit areas
The letter, which can be found here, outlines the explicit consent procedure. There has been concern that the different process will severely disadvantage vulnerable claiments, especially full serives does not allow implicit consent.
