The Covid-19 outbreak is changing how we all operate, and, as housing associations respond to the coronavirus outbreak, communications teams have been tested like never before.
Graeme discussed his experience of working with housing associations, and other organisations, during the covid-19 crisis and what planning should be done now as the crisis enters a new phase.
