Deadline extended: SFHA Universal Credit survey
Your evidence is vital.
The SFHA’s monthly Universal Credit survey deadline has been extended to 9am tomorrow (Wednesday 25 october). Thank you to everyone who has completed the survey so far.
The UK Government announced last week that it will scrap the charges incurred whilst telephoning the DWP for Universal Credit claims, however, this is not enough. The SFHA is calling for a halt to the Universal Credit roll-out until it can be proved it is fit for purpose.
Your evidence is vital in order to make this case to the government. It will not listen to anecdotes; instead we need to present statistics and case studies that show the reality of the roll-out on both tenants and housing associations’ arrears levels.
There is still time to complete the monthly Universal Credit survey. The link to the survey (collecting information for the month of August) can be found here. We urge you to give us your feedback. The closing date is 9am on Wednesday 25 October. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please email SFHA Research Officer Janine McKenna, email@example.com.
Thank you for returning your information to us and please, keep it coming. Your data will help us change the policy.
