SFHA, the Lintel Trust and HACT have worked with each other for over 40 years to provide funding and support for the growth of the housing association sector and supporting housing-based work with disadvantaged people. The partnership is now focusing on innovation, particularly around social value and is looking for a Social Insight Lead to develop this work.
The post-holder will lead the delivery and development of HACT's Insight tools in Scotland and work closely with our development partner, Oxford Consultants for Social Inclusion. You will be responsible for developing and promoting the tools and delivering training and support to housing providers across Scotland. You will add value to the wider shared partnership aims of understanding impact, incubating ideas and defining digital to the housing sector in Scotland.
The successful candidate will be able to evidence skills in these areas and will possess strong interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to strategically lead the development and implementation of programmes of work.
This post will suit a candidate who is data driven, with enthusiasm for understanding how information can help users improve processes, inform decisions, and facilitate conversations across their businesses.
